Banjao for schools and colleges
A campus is busiest at the gate for twenty minutes twice a day and empty for the hours between, and both need someone actually there.
What goes wrong today
- The gate matters most in two short windows a day, which is exactly when nobody has time to check the roster.
- Out of term and overnight the campus still needs patrols, and those are the hardest rounds to confirm happened.
- When someone sends a substitute, the office often finds out later, if at all.
What Banjao shows you
Each of these is a screen in the console, named as the console names it.
Today at a glance
Assigned today, On site now and Not checked in, so the gate is a count rather than an assumption.
Check-in approvals
A substitute checks in as Temp / reliever and waits for someone to approve it — nothing counts as presence until it is approved.
Workpoint scans
Patrol rounds are scanned at the point they are walked, and come back as Done recorded.
