Banjao for hospitals and clinics
A hospital never closes, so its cover has no quiet hour — night shifts, several entrances, and rounds that happen whether or not anyone is there to see them.
What goes wrong today
- Shifts change at night and in the early morning, when no manager is on site — so a late arrival surfaces as a complaint rather than a record.
- Cleaning rounds and patrols are signed on a paper sheet, at the point they are done or afterwards from memory.
- With several entrances and a round-the-clock rota, nobody can say who was at which post at a given hour without ringing round.
